General Exclusions

• Consequential Loss
• Willful misconduct, intentional damage, demolition as per order
• Political Risk of any kind
• War and Terrorism
• Nuclear Risk
• Pollution, Leakage and Seepage
• Wear and Tear, Depreciation
• Replacement Exchangeable Parts, Oil etc.
• Workmen’s Compensation
• Marine Liabilities
• Motor Liabilities
• Fire and Allied Perils

Special Exclusions

• Depends upon the Machinery

In case of claim

• Immediately
  • Inform nearest office, protect and minimize the loss whatever\however you can.
  • Protect the damaged property till Insurance surveyor arrives
• Subsequently
  Submit the below documents:
  • Police Report
  • Estimates for Damaged items or Repair
  • Investigation Report if any
  • Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company requires
