Our Machinery All Risks Insurance protects your working machinery for the loss against sudden and unforeseen damage to machinery whilst in operation

For whom this policy is issued

• Business Establishments.

Interest Covered

• Movable and Immovable Heavy Plant & Equipment and Machinery (e.g. Forklifts, Mechanical Jacks etc)  

Risk covered under the policy

• All Risk unless and otherwise specifically excluded under Policy wording.

Period of cover

• 12 Months

Excess or Deductibles

•  Depends upon the Equipment

  Rate depends upon the project, location, period and value

General Exclusions

• Willful misconduct, intentional damage, Neglect
• Political Risk of any kind
• War and Terrorism
• Nuclear Risk
• Pollution, Leakage and Seepage
• Wear and Tear, Depreciation
• Replacement Exchangeable Parts, Oil etc.
• Loss due to overloading, abnormal conditions and also due to executions or repairs
• Machinery Break-down
• Motor Liability or Road Risk
• Marine Liability
• Third Party Liablity

Special Exclusions

In case of a claim

• Immediately
  
  • Inform our nearest office, protect and minimize the loss whatever\however you can.
  • Protect the damaged property till Insurance Surveyor arrives
• Subsequently
  Submit the below documents:
  • Police Report
  • Estimates for Damaged items or Repair
  • Investigation Report if any
  • Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company requires
