Our Erection All Risks Insurance Policy protects insured project against material damage or liability towards third parties while you are executing erection work.

Addl. Information: This policy is obligatory for Fabrication and Engineering contractors and it is acceptable by bankers, consultants and Govt authorities for approval purposes.

  • » Principals, Project/Factory Owners
Interest Covered:
  • » Project Materials/Structure/Machineries and Equipment and under erection
  • » Contractors Plant and Machinery
  • » Temporary Facilities
Risk covered under the policy:
  • » It is all risk policy and in general it covers Fire & Allied Perils, Act of God Perils, Perils associate with erection and engineering work, testing and commissioning for specified period unless and other wise specifically excluded by the policy.
Period of cover:
  • » Project period with extension for maintenance

  • » Various deductibles are applied for various perils and are to be agreed before executing policy

      • » Inform the police/Fire brigade immediately Local Authorities immediately, protect and minimize the Loss whateverhowever you can.
      • » Protect the damaged property till Insurance surveyor Arrives.
      • » Inform our nearest office by phone
    • » Subsequently
      Submit the below documents:
      • » Police Report
      • » Estimates for Damaged items or Repair
      • » Investigation Report if any
      • » Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company requires
