Our Contractors All Risks Insurance Policy protects the insured project against material damage or liability towards third parties while you are executing civil construction work.

This policy is obligatory for contractors and it is acceptable by bankers, consultants and Govt authorities for approval purposes.

  • » Project Materials/Structure under construcion
  • » Contractors Plant and Machinery
  • » Temporary Facilities
Risk covered under the policy:
  • » It is all risk policy and in general it covers Fire & Allied Perils, Act of God Perils, Perils Associate with civil and engineering work unless and other wise specifically excluded by the policy.
Period of cover:
  • » Project period with extension for maintenance
Excess or Deductibles:
  • » Various deductibles are applied for various perils are to be agreed before executing policy
