» Death as basic cover plus with below optional benefits
- » Permanent Total Disablement
- » Partial Total Disablement
- » Temporary Total Disablement
- » Temporary Partial Disablement
- » Medical Expenses following accident related injuries
- » Repatriation Expenses

Sum Insured As agreed for each employee at the time of effecting insurance

Scale of Benefit

» Death or Loss of 2 Limps – 100% Sum Insured
» Loss of one Limp – 50% Sum Insured
» Owners of Business Establishment, Corporate Office, Factory owners.

Price (Premium) / Basis

» Agreed Rate per mille (%o – per thousand) on the Total Sum Insured
» Loss of one Limp – 50% Sum Insured
» Owners of Business Establishment, Corporate Office, Factory owners.

General Exclusions

» Death or Disablement due to
- » Intentional Self-injury
- » Suicide
- » Whilst under the influence of liquor or drugs
- » Whilst engaging in wild sports activities
- » Veneral diseases, Aids etc
- » Death by childbirth or pregnancy.
- » Whilst committing any breach of law.
- » Due to War and like perils
- » Due to Nuclear and like perils
- » Terrorism

Claim Procedures

» In case of an unexpected Incident:
- » Immediately
  - Inform the police immediately
  - Inform our nearest office by phone
  - Protect and minimize the loss whateverhowever you can.
  - Protect the damaged property till Insurance surveyor arrives
  - Inform our nearest office by phone
- » Subsequently
  Submit the below documents:
  - Police Report
  - Investigation Report, Medical Records etc.
  - Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company requires
