» Disfiguration or scratching or damage of glass other than fracture extending through the entire thickness of glass.

Claim Procedures

» In case of an unexpected Incident:
- » Immediately
  - Inform the police immediately
  - Protect and minimize the loss whateverhowever you can
  - Protect the damaged property till Insurance surveyor arrives
  - Inform our nearest office by phone
- » Subsequently
  Submit the below documents:
  - Police Report
  - Investigation Report, Medical Records etc.
  - Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company Requires
